This (2) two-day course is designed to train new and experienced evidence technicians in learning basic law enforcement photography techniques. This class is taught in plain English!

Photography is used for:

  • Crime Scenes
  • Child Abuse
  • Domestic Assault
  • Surveillance and Low Light situations.

Evidence Technicians will learn proper exposure and flash photography techniques to produce the best color and detail possible for each scene.

Students will learn the “come flat” approach to the fundamentals of photography, without complex or technical language.

  • Proper Exposure Techniques
  • Introduction to Flash Photography
  • Flash Photography Techniques
  • Low Light Photography
  • Painting With Light
  • 1:1 Exposure

Student equipment requirements: 35 to 120 mm Manual Camera; Detachable Flash System
